Mountain States Policy Center's Great Debate series kicks off at Boise State University with an in-depth discussion on the policy of banning plastic bags, featuring Todd Myers, Vice President of the Washington Policy Center and author of the book Time To Think Small: How Nimble Environmental Technologies Can Solve the Planet's Biggest Problems, and Dr. Anja Brandon, Director of Plastics Policy at the Ocean Conservatory.


Location is Honors 166/167, Sawtooth Hall at Boise State University.
