Meg Goudy

Director, Baldwin Center for Education

Meg Goudy is the Director of the Bill & Milly Kay Baldwin Center for Education at the Mountain States Policy Center.
A graduate of the University of Montana, Meg began her career in education policy with the Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction, where she spent five years helping implement key legislative initiatives to benefit students across the state while pursuing advanced studies at the University of Washington.
After time off to raise her family, Meg joined the Freedom Foundation in Olympia, serving more than a decade in roles that included fundraising, event planning, grant management, and legal support. At MSPC, Meg leads efforts to expand school choice and educational opportunity across the Mountain States, drawing on her policy experience, nonprofit leadership background, and personal commitment to empowering families. A lifelong athlete and former collegiate archer, Meg is also a dedicated sports mom and track coach at Cornerstone Christian. When she’s not working to improve education policy, you’ll likely find her outdoors — or winning at cornhole and pickleball.
